Murfreesboro, TN – WGNS Radio reports that special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) have arrested and charged a Rutherford County prosecutor following an investigation into multiple allegations of domestic violence. 34-year old 16th Judicial District Assistant District Attorney Quinn Rodriguez was booked on two counts of Domestic Assault and two counts of Aggravated Assault.
At the request of 16th Judicial District Attorney Jennings Jones, TBI agents launched an inquiry into claims of domestic and aggravated assault. Their investigation determined that Rodriguez allegedly assaulted a woman on multiple occasions. In one instance, the assistant district attorney reportedly brandished a firearm, threatened the victim’s life, and struck her with a weapon.

On Tuesday afternoon (6/3/2025), TBI agents took Rodriguez into custody and booked him into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
