Legislators were sworn in today. This week’s meetings are largely organizational and ceremonial. House Speaker Cameron Sexton and Senate Speaker Randy McNally were both reelected to their leadership positions by overwhelming margins Tuesday.
Bills are being filled as Tennessee lawmakers to propose legislation in the coming weeks.
