Congratulations to Stewart Creek Girls Bowling Team on the BIG WIN Today!

Editor’s Note: Murfreesboro Post Sports Writer Jeff Neel had invited me to stop by the Stewart Creek Bowling tournament at Smyrna Bowling Center this morning. They won their tournament and move on to Sweet 15 Quarter Finals at 1 single tournament next Wednesday. The girls bowling team qualified for the state tournament for the fourth straight year by defeating Bradley Central 16-4.

Torrey Caudill, Bricey Caudill, Coach Jon Ruttencutter and Bricey’s mother Michelle Caudill.
The Stewart Creek Girls’ Bowling Team is 3-peat District Champs! Back-to-Back Region Champs!
Team members include: Izzy Graves, Dojanae Weatherby, Nicole Chunn, Bricey Caudill, Jaclyn Hackney, Kadence Gordon, Nevaeh Wallin, Alexa Pena and Mac Jones.
What an amazing feat these ladies have accomplished – wish them luck on Wednesday!
Izzy Graves and her grandfather Charles Graves of Smyrna. Charles is retired from TDOT and sadly his wife just passed away three months ago.

It was glad to see some old friends that I haven’t seen in a while. Torrey Caudill, who went to Smyrna High School with me. His daughter, Bricey Caudill is on the team and even played with a hurt elbow.

Jeff Neel has more details. Pick up the Murfreesboro Post this week for the full story.
