The Metro Public Health Department has issued citations to Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk Bar and 13 other businesses for being out of compliance with public health emergency orders.

NThe Metro Nashville Public Health Department has issued several citations to Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk Bar and and 13 other businesses for being out of compliance with public health emergency orders.

According to Fox17 news, Dr. Michael Caldwell, Director of the Metro Public Health Department, issued a citation to Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk Bar for being out of compliance with Public Health Emergency Order 6 by serving people that were seated at the bar and for not observing proper social distancing inside the establishment.

Dr. Caldwell said he visited Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk after receiving a complaint about the bar on Friday night. The citation was issued on Saturday and a decision on the amount of the fine will be made during the court appearance.
